Reminder: BE GRATEFUL. Here's Why~

Have you had the opportunity to experience first hand the amazing power of gratitude?


Many leading edge and spiritual teachers talk about the importance of gratitude when it comes to.... well, mostly everything. And here we are, talking again about gratitude and the vital role it plays in the improvement of your experience. 


So cliche right? .... Gratitude is talked about so much, that many of us miss the practiced EXPERIENCE of it. 

So, I am writing you today to invite you to INCREASE your levels of gratitude. Here is why:


1. Gratitude/Appreciation/Love is of the highest emotional caliber. 

Believe it or not, our emotions have a significant effect upon our lives. While our life experiences influence how we feel, how we feel also influences our life experiences. We always have power, in the present moment, to harness our emotional energy, and to bring harmony into our feeling state. When we get into a a space of experiencing appreciation, it emits the highest vibrational fequency. This allows us to co-create with our higher power, and magnetizes more conscious amwareness of things to be grateful for.


2. Being rehersed in the experience of gratitude, allows us to be thankful for the good things in our life that we may otherwise miss. 

Have you ever been complaining about something in your life, and then started to become aware of all the other things in your life that were worth complaining about? What about having the experience of crying about something, and then while you were crying, started to cry over many other things as well? ... If so, you're not alone. And the same thing can happen with gratitude. When we allow ourselves to really feel the feeling of being grateful, it expands our awareness to acknowledge the many other things that there is to be grateful for as well. The more you have to be grateful for, the more you have to be grateful for. If we are not reheresed in the experience of gratitude, we may be so busy complaining, that we don't even give the good things in our life much attention. 


3. Gratitude allows us to get out of our head, and into our heart.

It's easy to experience life from a place of busy mind chatter. Thoughts tend to race, often causing a fragmented life experience. Part of us is in living the present moment, part of us is living in the past, part of us is living in the furture. Isn't that a jumbled way to live? Gratitude is a feeling. When we take the time to tune into our feelings (no matter what they are) we get our of our racing mind and into the present moment. Feeling appreciation and gratitude allows the present moment to align with love, possibility and Divine co-creation. This is heart based living. 


So, I invite you to take a moment right now and explore the following:


Take an inventory of your recent predominant feelings.

Have you been spending time in gratitude? Have you been feeling fearful, having thoughts of scarcity, or even just feeling stuck and not sure which direction to proceed in? Be honest with yourself, and take inventory.


Make a Gratitude list.

This is best done if you could do it in nature as it will have a greater emotional impact. Either way, take the time to write down the things that you are grateful for. As you do this, breathe, and allow yourself to FEEL gratitude fully.


Savor the Feelings

Just bask in it. Let it linger as long as it will last. And then, as soon as you are able, repeat the process. 



Life is so precious and truly has hidden blessings within everything. It is up to you to choose what your experience of life will be. Are you choosing to focus on the hardship, pain and stuggle? Or will you choose to focus upon the love that is available?

May you be nourished by the Divine spirit in every moment.

May you celebrate the little and big things in life. 

May you continuously recognize and know that LIFE LOVES YOU.
